Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, or any time, here’s a healthier, high protein, more macro-friendly version of the classic Shamrock Shake!

Healthier Shamrock Shake

Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup spinach frozen
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder approx 30g
- 1 drop peppermint extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until milkshake consistency.
- Optional: Top with a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips and whipped cream.
