So, I’m not even going to try to pretend that this St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shake is a healthy recipe – it’s not 🙂 But it is a deliciously yummy treat that your kids (and you) can enjoy.
Note: If you’re looking to make it a boozy treat just add 1 oz of Vanilla Vodka to the recipe.
St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shake
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 6 tbsp whole milk
- 1/8 tsp mint extract
- 6 drops green food coloring
- whip cream
- maraschino cherry
- In a blender – mix vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, and food coloring
- Top with whip cream and cherry
