Slow Cooker Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Lbs Beef Chuck Roast (cubed)
  • 1.5 Lbs Sliced Mushrooms (any variety)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1.5 Lbs Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 3 TBSP Flour
  • 2 TBSP Hungarian Paprika (Amazon carries Hungarian)
  • 2 TBSP Dill
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Cups Beef Broth
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Sear beef cubes in frying pan (Just to brown the outside)
  • Add beef, mushrooms, potatoes, onion, and beef broth to slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours
  • Add remaining ingredients cook for 2 more hours on high (or until potatoes are tender)
  • Freeze any leftovers - it will taste even better the next time around as the seasonings intermingle
