Instructions
Sear beef cubes in frying pan (Just to brown the outside)
Add beef, mushrooms, potatoes, onion, and beef broth to slow cooker. Cook on high for 2 hours
Add remaining ingredients cook for 2 more hours on high (or until potatoes are tender)
Freeze any leftovers - it will taste even better the next time around as the seasonings intermingle
